What are your hours of operation?BlairesCloset.com runs 24/7, but our corporate office is open Monday thru Friday 9a–6p EST. We are also closed on all federal holidays.

Are handbags at Blaire's Closet authentic?Blaire's Closet is strictly against the sale of illegal items, counterfeits, or replicas. The majority of our items are sourced from various owners and warehouses around the world. Our team has meticulously vetted and authenticated these items to guarantee reliable and trusted suppliers. Although we aim to be accurate, you agree by using our service, you will not hold us liable for incorrectly authenticated items. Blaire's Closet strongly recommends buying directly from the designers' official stores to ensure 100% absolute authenticity.

What is our authentication process?Blaire's Closet takes the authenticity seriously through a meticulous vetting process. We do not explain our decision, nor will we divulge our authentication techniques by explaining or showing anything related to how we came to our opinion. These techniques and "know how" are our IPR (Intellectual Property Rights). If you do not agree with our team's decision, we require that the claim be vetted by 2 reputable sources at the buyer's expense. Blaire's Closet will honor your claim as a damage/default product within the guidelines of our damage/faulty policy and by purchasing, you agree to these terms. Is there a dust bag and authenticity card included with our handbags?All of our handbags are shipped with its dust bag and any other attachments that were acquired at the time we received them.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?Yes, we ship to the following countries as well: Australia United Kingdom Canada

How much do I have to pay in duties and taxes?All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties and taxes by customs. The buyer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying any duties and local taxes assessed by their local customs office. When your package arrives at your local shipping facility, they will send you an email indicating how much you owe for duties (if applicable). Payment is normally made online via credit/debit card. Your shipment is normally delivered one to two days after duties are paid. Please note that this could change at any time depending on your local shipping facility.

What is the total delivery time?Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for your products to arrive from the date of purchase. A signature will be required upon delivery.

What is the processing time of all orders?The processing time is approximately 24 - 48 business hours but please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for order handling and quality control. Please note that these timeframes can vary per item due to the item being shipped from various warehouses around the world. Please read our shipping policy for more detailed information. Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, or local pick-up confirmation. If you do not receive either of these emails, please add contact@itsblairescloset.com to your email address book.

Can I cancel my order?Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders. Please be sure that you are committed in receiving the item(s) that you purchase. Once you submit your payment, the order is immediately sent for processing and cannot be reversed.

What is preordering an item and how does it work?Preordered items are items that have not officially arrived to one of our warehouses yet for various reasons. When a customer purchases a preordered item, that item will be shipped to that customer once available. If a product is only available through preorder, it will be noted on the product description page. Some preordered items could take 6 - 8 weeks to ship after the noted processing time. Due to the nature of preorders, we are not able to offer a refund while you are waiting on a preordered item to be delivered. Upon delivery of the preordered item, our normal refund policy will apply. If our estimate of delivery time on a preordered item is not met within 30 days beyond the estimated timeframe shown on the product page, you will then be eligible for a full cash refund. This is the only exception to receiving a refund prior to the item being shipped. Please note that you agree to these terms when purchasing a preordered item.

Why are some of the handbag designs hard to find on other platforms?Some designers intentionally limit their quantities, making their items more elusive. Consequently, older styles grow increasingly scarce. Often, vintage or pre-owned pieces are best found through specialized boutiques or online platforms such as Blaire's Closet. Certain classic and modern designs and styles might be more accessible, but finding iconic variations could be more challenging.
