RETURN POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you love your purchase from Blaire's Closet, but we understand that things happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow our return policy below.

Please note: Returns are accepted on all items with the exception of items that are labeled final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

RETURN POLICY

​

If you are not satisfied with your Blaire's Closet purchase, we would be happy to assist you with a return as long as we are notified by email of your intent within 14 days of the item(s) being received. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. We will need to receive the original item(s) back before the refund will be issued.

 

To start a return, there are only 2 easy steps:

1. Contact us at contact@itsblairescloset.com with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. 

2. Return the item to our shipping center's warehouse address which will be provided in your shipment. If you do not receive, please contact itsblairescloset.com to request and our customer service department will assist you within 24 to 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags (if it applies), and in its original packaging. Items must be returned unwashed, smoke-free, without stains or tears, no deodorant and perfume free. Your item's description must not have been listed as a final sale item. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

When returning an item to Blaire's Closet, all postage and packaging costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Item must be returned within 7 business days of the request. Original delivery costs will not be reimbursed. Free shipping promotions only applies to the original shipment; therefore, any items to be re-delivered for any reason will be the customer's responsibility.

Once a return is received, please allow at least 5 business days for it to be processed. Once your return is processed, the refund will be provided to you. The amount of the refund will include a $25.00 restocking fee deduction.

Due to our limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

We highly recommend returning item(s) with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us when being returned.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders. Please be sure that you are committed in receiving the item(s) that you purchase. Once you submit your payment, the order is immediately sent for processing and cannot be reversed.

DAMAGED/ FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged or faulty good, please contact us immediately. Request must be sent no later than 3 days of the date that the item was delivered. Please send your receipt or proof of purchase, order number, details of the issue, and supported photos/videos (required) to contact@itsblairescloset.com, our customer support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours to assist and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of approval.

Our team has meticulously vetted and authenticated these items to guarantee reliable and trusted suppliers. Although our team aim to be as accurate as possible, you agree by using our service that you will not hold us liable for incorrectly authenticated items. We do not explain our opinion, nor will we divulge our authentication techniques by explaining or showing anything related to how we came to our opinion. These techniques and "know how" are our IPR (Intellectual Property Rights).

 

In addition, if you do not agree with our team's decision, we require that the claim be vetted by 2 reputable sources at the buyer's expense. The source should be by any 2 industry-recognized experts or entities with a track record in authenticating designer goods. The reputable source vetting the authenticity claim should provide a formal statement affirming the claim. Determining authenticity from places that you feel are legitimate and who would back your claim, Blaire's Closet will honor as a damage/default product within the guidelines of our damage/faulty policy and by purchasing, you agree to these terms.

 

PREORDERED ITEMS

Due to the nature of preorders, we are not able to offer a refund while you are waiting on a preordered item to be delivered. Upon delivery of the preordered item, our normal refund policy will apply. If our estimate of delivery time on a preordered item is not met within 30 days beyond the estimated timeframe shown on the product page, you will then be eligible for a full cash refund. This is the only exception to receiving a refund prior to the item being shipped. Please note that you agree to these terms when purchasing a preordered item.

We’re sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.
